Step 1: Provide design documents such as 3D drawings(A). The designer of our factory will make design drawings(B) again for the customer's confirmation by referring to the customer's design drawings and combining with the soft PVC production process requirements.

Step 2. After the customer confirms that the design drawing(B) of the factory meets the requirements, we will make the hardware proofing mold according to this drawing(B), and make the raw material color according to the Pantone color number in the drawing, and then make the sample.

Step 3. When the customer receives the sample and confirms that there is no problem with the sample, the factory will make the bulk molds for mass production according to the sample mold (if there is any problem with the sample, the factory will modify the sample according to the customer's feedback until the customer is satisfied).
